I bet You remember my quote:

So, I wrote to Koss US, I asked them whom should I contact in England to buy original Koss Porta Pro Replacement Earcushions.
They replied me really quickly, and gave me all the details of their Representative closest to my position.
After that, I wrote to HAMA Basingstoke (describing all the details and my problem) and waited, and waited with no reply, so I got a bit upset and forgot about it.
Yesterday, after my coming back from roadtrip to Newcastle I got package, I opened it and, guess what?

They sent me the Replacement Earcushions With Compliments !!!

That's the most pleasant thing that happened to me.
Finally I regained faith in Good People.

To Conclude, KOSS I LOVE YOU FOREVER

Keep It Real!!!
