Need headphone suggestions...

Got a NW-HD5 recently, ditched the supplied headphones, have a set of Philips but they're very uncomfortable in my ears and keep falling out, however they sound great. Just bought Creative's EP-630 earphones - feel quite comfortable, hardly know they're there - but sound not as good as Philips.

Can anyone recommend a decent set - I'd go up as far as €50 for them...
