Can you buy iPod headphones on there own? Do they have a standard 3.5mm jack?

I haven't got an iPod but I love the headphones!

Im sure you could buy iPod headphones seperately if you contacted Apple, and yes they have a standard 3.5mm jack but why you would want to is beyond me? They sound awful compared to many other headphones that i would expect to be in a similar price bracket. If you want to the giveaway white "please mug me i have an iPod" headphones then have a look at Etymotic ER6i? though those are comparatively expensive!

There are loads of these on offer on Ebay, and as far as I can recall, they're not too expensive.
