Headphone Amp with LEFT/RIGHT control!

!

Could anyone advise WHERE online can I buy a headphone amplifier,
say under $200, with a LEFT/RIGHT CONTROL volume control. What model???
(Of course it should also have a common volume control.)
I'd like to buy Sennheiser hd-580, hd-590, hd-595 or perhaps hd-600 and
use it with a headphone amplifier.
