headphones for pc

i'm looking for some phones for use with voice over ip and some for minidisc use. looking at the Sennheiser - PMX 60 for minidisc and Sennheiser - PC 140 for pc use, any one got any experience with any of these or other ideas? wont them both to be light and pref neck band types.
