I need some good black headphones and was wandering which are the best for under £50?

i've been doing lots of headphone research and bought these;

Sennheiser HD238
Sennheiser HD 238 Precision High quality On ear Stereo: Amazon.co.uk: Electronics & Photo

They are open headphones though so not ideal for noisy environments and the build quality is only average.

The sound is top notch though, i doubt you'll get anything that sounds better for £50 but someone prove me wrong please
