Has anyone bought from Audio Cubes?? Problem with ORDER

As you can see from the title, I just recently purchased JVC SU-DH1 Surround Headphone Adapter and I have still yet to see and update for shipping, or tracking number.
My order is still being processed.

Order #57770 (Processing) Order Date: Monday 19 October, 2009

This is 8 days after the order.

Shipping Method Express Mail: 4-7 Day Delivery (US 4-7 Day, World 4-10 Day delivery.)

I should have by their method, received these now or in the next few days, but they have not even shipped them.

I have sent them 2 emails, 1 48 hrs ago, 1 just now, I even tried to contact them via phone, but they only have a 1800 number.
I have done 2 hrs worth of research on how to contact them to no avail...
Any one please shed some light as I am now getting real ****** off..

I am going to buy off ebay and get it cheaper, as much as I hate ebay...

Use Bluetin instead. I found them to be very good, plus delivery from Singapore was around 4 days from the day I ordered.

No problem. I didn't realise you were in Australia.

I was also going to get the JVC unit from eBay Japan too as most of those guys who sell it have 100% feedback.

Either way enjoy and let us know if it's really that good.

Ebay is still cheaper that the one you mentioned, quick q, do you have the JVC unit? If so, what is it like?

I lashed out and got the JVC off ebay, 125 AUD landed, compared to 165 AUD landed from AC..
Just have to wait for Paypal to release the funds, what a stuff around..
Will let you know how it sounds, I have a head phone amp as well.
Will be using the JVC as a pre amp into the Head phone amp to power the HD 600s..
