wireless headphone batteries ?

i have a set panasonic wireless headphones and the batteries are about to expire, when i opened up said headphones there is a label inside saying only use hhr-70aab9b batteries? i have search the net for these batteries without any luck,so i tried a set of energizer rechargeable batteries in them and they work fine but when i dock them the light that comes on when they are being charged does not come on so i am assuming they are not charging can anyone help thanks in advance
