Sennheiser HDR 120 / Multiple inputs

Hi All,
I have a set of Sennheiser HDR 120's and im wondering what the easiest way is to connect multiple devices to it.

Basically they are plugged in to my computer at present but I want them to also connect into my TV without having to unplug from the back of my PC and plug them into the TV each time.

I have been looking at 3.5 jack splitters etc but cant work out how I can go about this the easiest way.

Any advice?
