Can anybody please recommend......

.....in-ears, that actually stay in?!!

I've recently bought an ipod nano 5th gen, but want to couple that up with a decent set of headphones. I bought some Sennheiser cx300's, and although they sound great when sat still,...they just refuse to stay in my ears when i'm moving about. The buds i have on them are medium....the small and large are just nowhere near right. Thing is, i can't take the dog for a walk without them "losing their grip" on my ear canal!! The main thing i want them for however, is gym work. My Senny's just stand no chance if i'm on a treadmill or rowing machine....or frankly, even lifting weights. I like the sound, but the fitting is rubbish.

So, how much do i need to spend to get a good sound whilst staying in my ears....or, am i resigned to the bog standard ipod earphones for anything that involves movement?!!

The Ultimate Ears Super.Fi 5 pro with Comply T-500 buds get my vote (not cheap but sound awesome and stay put when in the gym)

Do you think it would be worth trying the Comply buds with my Senny's....if they keep them in place, i'd be happy, or, should i start again on the headphones?!!
