Replacing iPod earphones

Hello, I was hoping you guys could recommend me a cheap-ish set of earphones to replace the crap that came with my girlfriends iPod. They need to sound good obviously, particularly with Industrial, Metal and Rock music. It would also be nice for them to be suitable for jogging but without ear clips (im thinking foam instead) but this isnt essential. And last of all they must be no more than £40 although £20-30 would be preferable.

The S-Jay offer here is interesting and knowing nothing about the differences between earphones (all I know is my £15 sennheisers are twice the quality of iPod earphones) I would love to know what you guys would recommend

Thanks!

Replacing iPod earphones

I agree, replacing the standard iPod earphones is a very sensible idea. It's amazing that Apple still ship earbud style earphones with the iPod. They must cost less than 25 cents to make!

The SoundMAGIC PL11 or the Sennheiser CX200 would be my first choices at around the £20 mark. Check out this SoundMAGIC PL11 review at Stuff Magazine.
