headphones mp3 and amp...

How do i useall 3 together.....
I cant find an mp3 player with an output.... and even if i plug the amp in to th headphone jack its not gona bypass the mp3 player amp...

Yet all the amps say its possibly to bypass, 1 site said something about a port to 3.5mmjack cbale but i cant find 1 fo mp3s...

Any ideas

Which MP3 player do you have? Not all players have a line-out connection.

i just have a crappy one, i may get one with a lineout if i can ever find one

But can you bypass te mp3 player without a line out jack, with some sort of cable?

the mp3 player doesnt really come in to it, notmany have output line anymore

You use a line out dock and connect that to the amp - if the player has a dock. It's like the iPod connector next to the headphone out, that enables the iPod to dock to other gear, and enables mps etc to be loaded. I'm assuming most players have these. If you've got a flash/usb player, you're stuffed.

Ask if you need an amp though, it shouldn't be necessary for a player and the headphones suited to portables. If its better SQ you're after, buy better phones instead. Cheap amps + players just = louderer, not better sound.
