Looking to spend 150-160max on a new sound card and set of headphones but cant decide on the right combo.

Im mainly looking for music quality w/ headphones but also capability to play out loud through a pair of aego M 2.1's. I have a mic, and dont need to record.

After some prelim research it seems a mid range xonar card + a pair of HD 555 or 595's may be the way to go, can anyone confirm/deny or comment please ?

xonar + 555/595 sounds good, there are plenty of other options around those price points too though.
