Wireless headphones Nicad v NiMH.
I have been using NiMH batteries for wireless headphones for ages. I have had to get a new pair and came with low 300mah Nicads. The transmitter also charges the batteries using a small cable that plugs into the headphones. The instructions say never to use NiMH batteries and charge them whilst still in the headphones. They have to be taken out. That is what I don't want to do as I had to do that with my old pair. I ended up breaking the battery compartment.
So, is it really safe to charge NiMH? They would be tricked charge overnight when needed. These are the headphones are actually quite excellent. Play.com (UK) : Accessory Agents FMH2020 Stereo Wireless RF Headphones |
