VGA to HDMI converter

Hi Guys, Im a newbie here so go easy on me LOL. does anyone know if the following would be any good? Im not looking for something super high quality but something that would allow me to connect me HD ready laptop to a hd tv. thanks

Looks like thats what its meant to do matey. Nothing is guaranteed, I swear some of these things are designed especialy to annoy us but that's what I'd be buying if I needed VGA to HDMI. Give it a go but make sure the seller will take a return and refund you if it doesn't work.

If your laptop is 'HD ready' then are you sure you only have VGA to use as the output?

Given the list of supported VGA resolutions I'm not sure what sort of quality you are going to get on the other end
