Talking Two TV outputs: HDMI over Cat5?

Currently have the following in my lounge:

PS3 --> HDMI to Onkyo 605
360 Elite --> HDMI to Onkyo 605
Wii --> Component to Onkyo 605

Onkyo 605 --> HDMI to Toshiba 37WLT66

I want to hook up another TV in my bedroom (two rooms away) using the same consoles. As far as I understand it, I have two options:

Long HDMI cable (this would have to be 30m given the flat is rented so I cannot drill through walls (potentially with signal amplifier or fibre optics?)...

...or HDMI to Cat5 converter box-o-tricks.

Can anyone give me advice about the pros, cons, or any other solution? Additionally, cheapest place to buy long HDMI cables if this is the best option.

Additionally, given I use the Onkyo 605 for 5.1 in the lounge, is there a way to get sound throughput to the secondary TV (just stereo)?

Thanks

Hello gogglebox99

Are you planning on playing Games in the Bedroom or watching Movies from the PS3?

Joe - both!

I'm hoping there would be no delay over 30m?

PS: would be moving Toshiba into bedroom which is 1080i (not p) and getting a new 40-42" for the lounge.
