Cant Get A Response from TvCables.

Hi does anyone know if there is a problem with TVCABLES.com.
I have ordered cables from them and the arrived next day.
I was missing 1 cable which they said was out of stock.
I have mailed them for almost a week now without any response as to when i will receive my cable.
My AV project is on hold now until i get my 5m Profigold Coaxial cable.
Please let me know if they are on holiday or something as surely it doesnt take much effort to mail me a reply or better still phone me.
