UKHDMI-can you help me.....

I'm sorry to bring this here, however I'm getting nowhere the other way SO.
I purchased some HDMI cables a couple of months back and one was faulty. I have returned the cable as requested and that was the last I've heard of it.
I've attempted to contact by replying to your emails and still no response. My work makes it hard to phone you during your opening hours as I'm phone free during my working day. Since you have an email/web based support system It would be nice if people looked at it and responded

Would you mind either kicking your support people up the arse or if you like look into it yourself.

Again I'm sorry to bring this up here, it's not an expensive cable but the principle.

Yes they have responded the matter is not resolved though .

Mark feel free to lock the thread as this isn't the place to discuss it, i'm sure UKHDMI have many happy customers unfortuately I'm not one of them at the moment.

This is why we don't rush to close this type of thread as it is better for everyone to leave unresolved matters open so you can let everyone know how it ends.

No special need to lock it, it will just drift down the forum if neither of you add anything further to it.

I hope you get your problem resolved soon.

Thanks for this response, and thanks for offering a replacement . I guess we just can't trust Royal Mail to deliver a package first class these days. I do hope the cable does show up and is just stuck in the pre/post strike pile.

Of course if some unscrupulous type has nicked it I hope risking their job was worth a Faulty cable
