Neet hdmi Splitter problem?

Hi,

I have the following set-up

Denon AVR 2808 into which I feed blu ray, Sky and PS3.
Philips 42" 7000 series television
JVC HD-1 projector

I've been trying to get the hdmi out from the Denon, through the Neet 1x2 hdmi splitter to feed both the tv and projector.

It works fine to the projector for sky, but the tv works then keeps cutting out every 30 secs with a 'video format not supported' message.

It seemed to work with blu ray on the projector but now it's cutting out every 30 secs too.

I've tried swapping the hdmi feeding the projector into the tv but it makes no difference.

However feeding another hdmi device to the tv directly using either hdmi cable (but no splitter) it works fine.

Could the splitter be causing this, and is there anything I can do to make it work?

Thanks, Symon.

Re: Neet hdmi Splitter problem?

Try taking the Amp out of the signal path - Source > Splitter > Displays - does that work?
