Or Feb 26th according to this (BBC2, presumably HD too)

Re: Heroes - When does it return ?

I won't be waiting that long, if the episode is worth a second watch then I'll give BBCHD my time.

Re: Heroes - When does it return ?

I've got the first half backed up on my sky box and not much space left, so need to get started on it. But so much else back on the box.

will series link pick it back up again?

Don't think I'll wait then. Why pay all that money for a show, then risk losing viewers by not showing it until weeks after the US air date?

Sky have the right idea, showing stuff almost immediately.

If it was months, i'd agree. But can people really not wait a couple of weeks to watch a show? Especially when the BBC will be be showing it in HD, will will be better quality than even most HD rips available for download.

The only stuff I download is either way behind over here, or not shown in HD over here (e.g. House is not in HD, Dexter is a whole series behind).

I take nearly as much enjoyment listening to podcasts and participating in forums that are relevant to many US genre shows as watching them, delays in a UK broadcast means I can not participate fully or have to avoid non-specific casts/sites in fear of spoilers (don't like spoilers).

To put simply I will put up with a SD cap (HD are available) to enable me to enjoy the other avenues of fandom and then watch in HD if the episode is worth watching again at a later date.
