The Verve at Glastonury on BBC HD

Have only just got HD so didn't see this first time round but watched it the other night. I know BBC HD is supposed to be poor now compared to the past but I thought this was a cracking picture. Granted the smoke didn't help and a couple of cameras were getting affected by the bass drum but thought it looked great.
The 5.1 sound really made it as well, would love to see a HD channel that showed live gigs in 5.1. Awesome stuff, defnitely a keeper. Shame they didn't show the whole set.

Besides all that, it's The Verve........ amazing. Ashcroft was on top form. Reminded me why Urban Hymns is in my top 5 albums ever, but that's for another forum.

To be honest I thought it was awful. Seen it a few times and the PQ is awful. The noise levels are extremely high and the poor lighting stands out a mile due to the very low quality the BBC are screening the channel at.
