NFL: Monday Night Football - why move this thread but not others?

Just switched the Packers game on and it's in HD!

So is the Raiders-Broncos game later. This is tremendous, thank you Sky Hope this is a regular thing.

PQ is fantastic but no 5.1 though. Ah well, can't have everything, but what's with the ESPN scoreboard along the bottom..? Most bizarre.

The subject of a seperate section for programmes has been done to death, so I'm not going to get into that argument/discussion here. I don't have a problem with moving the thread but I at least expect parity.

I dont understand why people cant comment on tv shows in the sky HD forum anyway. It makes perfect sense.

Re: NFL: Monday Night Football IS in HD..!

It's hard to know why this forum has hardly any new posts or threads, maybe because it's too far down the pecking order compared to the skyHd forum which is near the top of the page.

Back on topic picture quality on the sd broadcast looked really good as well, was nice to see a game in 16:9, shame sky have to have the HD broadcast for this to happen, is there no 16:9 sd broadcast for the games on a Sunday?

Yes it did look good. I had a look to compare and I was quite impressed, as I was for the Phins-Giants game last year before I got HD.

Just had a look on digiguide and it's only flagging the HD channels as widescreen.
