Incredibles on Sky HD

Hi folks,

Watched The Incredibles on Sky HD Anytime this morning.. thought the picture looked pretty sweet. The DVD transfer was one of the best... anyone reckon if they can improve it more for Blu Ray? I reckon the Blu Ray musnt be far off if they have a broadcast HD version

Cheers,
Mick

I watched this today and thought the PQ was really good (Ive only just had HD installed so )

I would imagine that the Bluray will be much better as it will be 1080p and have a better soundtrack

If your TV (or whatever you're watching Sky HD through) does correct film-mode deinterlacing of 1080i/50 then Sky HD is also 1080p, and it is unlikely that BluRay will have a better picture (not for a cgi animation, anyway). This is, admittedly, a significant "if".

BluRay sound may well be better in theory, but whether you have a sound system good enough for the difference actually to be audible is a whole other question.
