Re: Back to the Future Part II ITV-HD

I all ready have a 1080P rip of this and the other two movies.
Its around 7.70 GB and in Dolby Digital to so should be a lot better than ITVs one.

Also they cut these to.

Re: Back to the Future Part II ITV-HD

I never bothered with this and from what I read on another forum large parts were cut out like I said they would be.

Re: Back to the Future Part II ITV-HD

It's ITV, they are simply the weakest of the main 5 channels in terms of movie presentation. Way too many adverts coupled with ridiculous scheduling leading to the over use of the scissors, it's almost as if ITV think it's the pre-SKY/CH4 when they could dish out whatever they wanted.

Re: Back to the Future Part II ITV-HD

Ive compared my 1080P 7GB copy to the one on ITV HD this is part 3 and first thing is the 1080P copys way way sharper much more detail and the colours way better to.

Re: Back to the Future Part II ITV-HD

Doesn't help that ITVHD is broadcasting at 960*1088 resolution either

Re: Back to the Future Part II ITV-HD

The one on Sky Sci FI HD movies is much better than ITVs one.
Its also uncut but still not quite as good as my copy which has more sharpness.

My ones still much clearer though

Most people say its not worth blu ray due to the poor filming but I think it will look great on blu ray I notice a big difference on my 42x3030D from SD.

Re: Back to the Future Part II ITV-HD

When I was flicking over I saw part 3 on SCI FI HD today for a little bit.
The copy was far better than the one from ITV HD last week and it was as sharp as my copy.

But has DOGs
