The Tudors Season 3 is back on BBCHD and BBC2 on Friday 9.00pm

The new series was also broadcast with a brilliant 5.1 soundtrack, whereas the old episodes were all in stereo. The DVDs have surround sound, so I'm not sure why they did this.
I agree, it's complete tosh, but massively enjoyable!

Missed the first episode because we were away on holiday and only episode 2 is currently available on iplayer, does anyone know whether the first episode is still available to be viewed anywhere?

I caught this and I have to say the PQ is up there as possibly the best I've seen since getting HD at the start of the year
