Ross Kemp - Pirates

First episode looked great, 2nd one looked SD to me, was there a bit of a mess up in the broadcasting?

Re: Ross Kemp - Pirates

It was listed only as upscaled HD in the EPG despite the Anytime version being HD, strange one that

Reading in Broadcast that 51% of the viewers of the first episode, watched it on Sky1 HD.

Re: Ross Kemp - Pirates

I must admit I was pretty p'd off with their SD broadcast of episode2. It's not good enough considering Ross Kemps docs are so highly advertised and supposedly one of Sky1's flagship shows. And the lack of a 5.1 made it even worse

Re: Ross Kemp - Pirates

I saw episode 2 in SD and only realised after. It's the same with some BBC progs. There was one last night (Ben Fogle in the artic or something) and that was in SD. Then I see that it's on tonight in HD. I wish they would let you know that it will be shows later in HD.

Radio times normally have a note at the bottom saying if it will be shown on BBC HD channel at a later date.
