I wonder if any of the forum members owns a Toshiba HD-E1 (or HD-EP10) with the WELCOME bug, and wants to have a working player again?

I have an E1 where I need to change the HD DVD drive. So if anyone has a player with the WELCOME bug, we can join in buying a new player on ebay. I get the HD DVD drive of your faulty player, and you get the working HD DVD player from ebay.

It's a win win situation.

.. or I can just buy the HD DVD drive from your faulty player for a reasonable price.
