hi there, i have an EP-30 i got off these forums and worked great, iv updated to version 4.0 firmware.

i got a qeen live in montreal hd dvd dsk off these forums and it will not play. It doesnt look scratched if tried cleaning (although not a professional job or anything)

the player trys to load it but after what seems like ages it says disk not in dvd format.

is there anything i need to do? all my other hd dvd work

any thoughts would be appriciated

try clearing the persistent storage,found under the maintenence section in the players setup menu,then initialise the player,also found in the same section of the setup menu
