But at the end of the day with three high quality projectors in my room at the same time as this review sample, time and time again I found myself switching on the HD100 to sit back and watch a movie, and I think that says everything that needs to be said.

Is this one better than the Pioneer KRP-500A? im in two minds about getting either a faily big telly or a projector now, i cant make up my mind!

Not a comparison one can make - one is a TV, the other a projector. Which is "better" of these two depends on what you want!

I agree but I have gone for a HD100 as oppossed to the KRP500A the main reason I like films still have an old rear pojection 41" for SD content although if I didn't I would watch a portable rather than lose the projector option. In my mind nothing beats a projector + screen for watching and immersing yourself in a film.

I would rather watch film and TV program on LCD TV anyway
