Re: Memory stick help

I'm not too sure about backing up CM08, on some games all you need to do is backup some save files and you should be able to copy them and then paste them to the same folder when you reinstall the game. But yeah, someone who actually has the game may know how to back up the save files or whatever.

As for the songs and photos, i'd guess a normal blank DVD should hold them all if you have a DVD burner. Unless the MP3s are all huge files, 200 songs shouldn't take up more than a gig or two, and a DVD holds around 4GB.

Thanks, I didn't think, I will just install the game from scratch.

So I can just save Itunes, picture's/photo's on to a cdr or dvdr?

Re: Memory stick help

You can save your itune files and pics to CDr, DVDr or USB

(for windows OS)
If I was you I'd open the folder where your files are, press CTRL A (to select all files) right click, select properties and write down the total file size. DO the same for all folders with your files you want to move. Add the lot together, and hey presto.

Options you have;
use CDr - just under 700Mb
use DVDr - just under 4Gb
use USB stick - varies from 256Mb - 8Gb
use External Hard drive - varies from 8Gb - 2Tb (my recommendation, as you really should backup your files on a seperate hard drive)

good luck

Re: Memory stick help

For that sort of price you could get yourself a large external USB hard drive.

Re: Memory stick help

Yeah for 16 and even 8GB memory sticks/memory cards there's really no point since they're pretty new and quite expensive.
