Is this Memtest result conclusive?

Hi, I get occasional crashes/graphic corruption on my system so I ran Memtest overnight on my 2 modules. (Corsair 2gb ddr2 xms2-6400c5 twinx)
(Incidentally I'm running the test from within windows)

It came up with 2 errors (Memtest has detected that your computer cannot accurately store ram), so I tested each module seperately.
1 module produced an error, so I tested that same one in a different slot which found an error again.

The Memtest manual says that other components can cause an error flag but as the other module runs error free would you say thats conclusive?

I want to be sure because Corsair have accepted my RMA request but I don't want to send it away unless they will replace it.
Does Ram warranty cover any error?

Win 7 Ultimate
Q6600 G0
Asus P5Ke wifi ap solo
Corsair 2gb ddr2 xms2-6400c5 twinx
Asus 560ti TOP
Corsair HX 620w

Yes you should be covered with warranty. Take a screen shot of the error as proof. Corsair are pretty good with RMA's so I can't envisage any problems.
