Ive just started playing halo again this week ( why did i stop playing this awsome game)

I want to play ranked team slayer but it keeps telling me ive not got the right DLC but ive downloaded all of the map packs

can anyone help ?

You need to have the DLC to get in to ranked Team Slayer.
Heroic, Legendary, Mythic map packs.

Hi, yeah i'm kind of new to halo and I'm having the same problem. It keeps saying "one or more players do not have the maps required for this playlist" even though i've down loaded all the maps and i'm the only player in the lobby. Can anyone help with this?

I've sometimes had this problem and for me the following solution seems to work. Go into "Custom Games", then go to "Map" (as if you were about to choose which map to play on). At this point it usually spends a while loading saved content. This seems to get the downloaded maps loaded. When it's finished doing the loading thing go back into Matchmaking and hopefully the downloaded maps will be working.

Thanks MJC, that didn't work but it did prompt me to down load all 4 map packs again and its working now. Ash you might wanna give that a try.
