"you failed to load the map"-Halo 2

so, i've been having this problem. it started after june 16th, when xbox live was down for updating. Now, i can only load the maps half the times. and, if you'e been in a group when someone fails to load the map, it gets aggrevating. I took the maps off my hard drive to re-download them, just in case, but, sure enough, i failed. if anyone knows anything else i can try, please, tell me.
