Tri-Fire

Say i was gaming on a rig with 2 5870's in Xfire, and then i bought another and done Tri-fire what would the Percent increase in performance be?(Roughly)

You're pretty high up the performance charts with crossfire and adding another would be of little benefit especially if you're only running a single monitor?

Single Monitor 1920x1080 22inch

Well obviously the maximum it can possible be is 50% so I'd expect between 0% and 45% depending on the game.

So to get a 45%-50% boost what would i have to upgrade my Single HD 5870 to?
