Awesome racing simulator.

YouTube - Force Dynamics, Richard Burns Rally

Sorry if this has been posted before but just found this, it's probably as close as us mortals could get to the real thing, dread to think of the cost!
Wouldn't mind doing a few laps of GT strapped into that monster, probably have some bruises though when you climb out!
I was in Harrods a couple of month ago and they had a similar very well engineered but expensive simulator running a F1 game, forgot to make a note of the manufacturer, has anyone else seen it?
Cheers,
Oddbodd.

PS Didn't know which forum to put this in but figured GT drivers might appreciate it more?

Re: Awesome racing simulator.

That looks the business.

Re: Awesome racing simulator.

Thats nothing compared to what my local Go Karting has.

Hexatech Simulator

Mind you at £5 for 5 mins the Karting is more fun and better value.

Re: Awesome racing simulator.

Might have a bit of a problem getting something like that into the house.

Tbh though the motion can get a bit sickening, well i wouldnt want to be playing for a couple of hours straight. Their are home solutions though like DBOX and Frex system but your into $$$$ and limited to working with only a few games.

Although the DBOX also has support from many films, then again do you want to be thrown vibrated and shaken over the whole period of a movie?

Great in an arcade scanario though like some of the old Sega games.
