Which tracks are you looking forward to seeing in HD?

I've had GT5P since its release date and have now grown slightly tired of it. Last week I decided to buy a PS2 and GT4 (+ 7 other games which will never get used) for a total of 40 quid.

As much as I am really enjoying GT4, I can't say that it looks particulary good on my 40" HD LCD as it looks a bit fuzzy, and haven got used to the clarity of GT5P the graphics on the PS2 leave a little to be desired.

This made me think, which tracks from GT4 are you guys looking forward to seeing the most in full HD (assuming they are included in GT5)? For me, it has to be

Nürburgring (seriously looking forward to that one!!)
Laguna Seca Raceway
Circuit de La Sarthe
El Capitan
Deep Forest Raceway
Citta di Aria (I quite like that one)
Grand Valley Speedway

Look forward to hearing what you think!

Personally i hope they upgrade the people in the stands, the trees and gees if they could use lighting in the way KZ2 has (OMG that game has SERIOUS lighting) id love for the sunglare and shadows from clouds to feature as a atmosphere enriching experience improving the driving aspect and not just as cosmetic eye candy.

Yep. Grand Valley Speedway. Trial Mountain another. Apricot Hill was a fast flowing track, you could bounce off the kerbs on the S bends.

Coming out of the last corner on Apricot Hill Reverse was beautiful enough on PS2, I can't wait to see it on PS3.

I don't really know Apricot Hill; will have to have a few races after work
How about the Seattle track? For me that's one of the better city tracks...

Yeah it's not a very renowned GT track, but I've always loved it and think it has some beautiful flowing corners. Can't wait.

The Seattle track is a good road track. Had some tricky areas, especially the bumps.

Forgot about La Sarthe. Nice track. The one with the chicane halfway down the long straight is my preference. Would be interesting to race around it in a F1 car.

Re: Which tracks are you looking forward to seeing in HD?

Toyko R246, Midfield Raceway, Nurburgring Nordschleife & Le Sarthe for me.

Was never a big fan of the city tracks like New York, but Seoul in GT4 was pretty good, kind of like my tracks to be fast flowing but can bite you if you try to push it too far - it feels rewarding to really nail a corner at full chat, slow technical sections like the NY track (apart from the 2 straights) tend to bore me a little.

Cote d'azur should be good looking the GT5.

Re: Which tracks are you looking forward to seeing in HD?

I know it's never been in GT but I would love to see Bathurst in the game. I think one of the TOCA games had it on PS2 and I thought it was one of the best tracks ever.

Knockhill in the original TOCA was a good track.

Would love to see most of the tracks mentioned.

I'd also really love to see Monaco in GT5, should look stunning!
