Help with S-1,8,9,10

What are the best cars to complete the S-1, S-8, S-9, S-10 and car set-ups for these?

Is there any cheats to get max credits and to get the f1 cars?

No "cheats" as such, but you can download a save game with F1 and all cars unlocked.
