I havnt done online TT in yonks..

To the point i forget exactly what it has?

Is their, a PP Rating?, Tyre Choice and PP configuration options? or standard car and S2 tyres or whatever is the norm for what the online use?

hi guys, first things first "all the Best for the new year". as mentioned I havnt looked in here for ages just depressed me too much not havin it to play. and health not been too good either. not even got a ps3 at the mo but am going shoppin tomorrow so may pick one up if i can find a good deal somewhere (anyone know the best deal around at the mo?), so I will let you know if you can count me in as soon as i can. Great to here from you, I thought you might not have a PS3 now.
As for where to get one I think there is quite a good few deals going about atm with a few games thrown in.

It's just the arcade TT with pro physics and S2 tyres, the TC and other tweaks/assists is up to each person to decide.
I had a little go and it's a fantastic car on this track you can really get it into the corners and do some nice maneuvers.
A lot could be done with this car I feel.

Yes, your a team so it's up to each team on who does the forward track and who does the reverse track.

You can do both if you want but only one time from each will count, so as your playing you and you partner will find out who's best at what.

Well we have 2 and a half teams so far so hopefully by next week we will have a few more, don't forget we are looking for some new players you don't have to be super fast as long as you enjoy it.

I ws thinking as well instead of having red, green, blue type of team names we could leave it to each partnership to decide on their team names. So we could have something like TEAM- "Bad-Fish"

Happy New Year Ash, good to hear from you.....good to see all the old faithful coming out of the woodwork, wonder where Lightsider, SSB, Cooldawn, Curlyputz, Arcflyer, CasFan and others are?

Chowy, how are we going to decide the teams? shall we draw it out of a hat? with the exception of a few, most of us are fairly evenly matched, albeit, most of us are somewhat out of practice

Wont we be able to work out from all the other times who should be matched with who to even it up?
I just need to think up a name for my team

GT is constantly on my mind now and after trying the GT-R last night it felt so good.

I personally think it's more interesting with teams/partners at least with small 2 man teams were not relying on large amounts of team members to put in a good times so hopefully the comp should be close and fun, Plus the choice of car by Dave will help as it's easy to drive and is great for pushing.

Between you and me, I guess we could setup the teams with a good balance, people won't really that be that fussed who they're with, will they? Just let them choose their team names as you say

I'm going to make some improvements in the coming months to my play seat and wheel, so I will be keeping a eye on the wheel thread from BD.

I want everything just perfect for when GT5 ships including plenty of padding for my back side, spending 4 hours per day in that thing is going to be a killer!

If the JP one comes out first I'll buy that to keep me going.

Don't be using the GT-R thats cheating you might cause a team scandal on the likes of the Ferrari/Mclaren one.
