Question to GT 25 and GT 5 prologue users

Sorry mods i post this in another thread by mistake, can you leave this post and delete the other one if you want.

Hi Guys, I have a WSP already and i use a MS wheel with it, i also have a PS3 and want a GT 25 wheel for it, right so the problem, i have a medical condition which means i cant use my feet for the peddles, with the MS wheel i use the paddles for gas and brake instead, so my ?, can i use the GT 25 wheels paddles for gas and brake, i need to know if i can just use the wheel only, NO peddles or gear shift add on and still play GT 5 prologue, also can i use a PS3 pad at the same time to operate the menus.

Thanks,

Mark.

Re: Question to GT 25 and GT 5 prologue users

I'm not aware of being able to use the paddles instead of the foot pedals. NFS Shift & GT5 certainly don't look like they've got fully customisable control setups (which is a bit weak). I might be wrong but I think the paddles on the DFGT & G25 are just click buttons & not pressure sensitive which puts a kaibosh on that idea.

The Logitech driving force wireless does use the paddles for accelerate & brake as it doesn't even come with foot pedals, but it's designed to go on your lap (their was/is an elusive clamp available for it apparently, but from what I've seen online it's a bitch to get hold of). It's not as good as the G25 (apart from the G27 what is?) but it's cheaper & it might just do you.

There's some info about it on:

Hope you find what you're looking for.
