Home Cinema Help/Recomendations!

Looking at buying a home cinema kit to go with my samsung lcd tv. Doesn't have to be samsung but would look nicer if it was!!! It needs it to be compatible to play stuff from my laptop as well! I already have a Samsung dvd player so doesn't have to come with a player!

Budget is as cheap as possible!! Could stretch to about £300 at the most!

Also I'm completely clueless in this area! So any help advice would be really helpfull!
Thanks!
