This should be a straight forward question....

Hi All

Need a little bit of help....

Recently purchased a Samsung 37" LE37M87BD LCD TV with the SAMSUNG HT-THX22R home cinema system. Connected through a monster 400 HDMI to HDMI cable. Now when i watch Sky+ through AUX mode on Cinema system I have a great sound through my TV and cinema system....however.......when I watch a DVD using the cinema system I get great sound through the Cinema system but the TV is mute and the only audio i get is from the cinema system. This never used to be the case and its really bugging me now how I get the audio to come out of the TV aswell as the cinema system.

Please guys can someone help me...I'm pulling my hair out here.

Thanks in advance.
Rickman

Re: This should be a straight forward question....

Right I have found the setting in the Cinema System menu to turn 'HDMI Audio' on....when doing this audio then return through my TV....however once thats turned on there is no audio through the Cinema speakers....so basically its the other way around now ......How do I get audio out of both TV Speakers and cinema speakers?

Still pulling more hair out

Re: This should be a straight forward question....

Why would you want sound from both?

The centre speaker takes the place of your TV, it would surely just throw the sound off if the TV had sound coming from it as well.
