Anyway to get a video off Facebook?

I know you can download videos from Youtube but is it possible to do the same from Facebook?

It is a friend but i need it for a practical joke so i cant ask. I tried Orbit downloader but i just get a .php file that wont play. I only really need the audio from the video too.

With Orbit Downloader. When your on the page with the video, right click 'Grab Video By Orbit', refresh page, play video and it should be recognised, then simply download it.
