I find I'm ok up until about that 3am threshold point when me eyes start to go and then everythings a struggle

As an IBS sufferer, I drink and then I quickly poos thereafter..... for about 45 minutes. During that period I find it very difficult to post. Or generally do anything that is about 30 cm away from the bog.
