River map of the UK?

Is there a map of UK rivers available on the net? I've had a quick look and can't find a detailed river map. I'm not wanting to navigate, but would like to see where local small rivers end up.

Have a look at this - the drop down list includes most rivers and by using the map option you can trace sources/destinations - not the most detailed or topographically accurate mapping though.

Thanks for the replies, but they don't go far enough to show the 2 rivers local to me (Maun and Meden). They are only very small rivers so I imagine it would have to be a detailed map.

Have you tried Ordinance survey - might take you a while, but they're pretty detailed.

I'd also look at these maps at the Environment agency. I can't seem to make them work - but you might have more luck.

GOOGLE MAPS!

You can't get more detailed than satellite!

Try the environement agency: Their "flood risk" maps probably includes most waterways.

Re: River map of the UK?

I find Google Earth too detailed for this purpose. If only I could switch off all the roads and other stuff and just see the rivers
