Hi all,

As someone who has been following the property market quite closely recently I can't believe I've never come across this website before. It puts rightmove to shame! I've always wanted to be able to filter houses with garages which this does amongst its other 'Web 2.0' goodness. If you're a serial Rightmover like myself check it out.

Or am I miles behind the times and people have been using it for years?

NB: No connection to the site - simply impressed by it.

Nice site but doesn't seem to work correctly.

i.e. I have a property up for sale for which the description states it is a 3 bedroom detached property.

If I select 'Kimberley' the house is displayed...
If I select '3 bedrooms only' the house is still displayed...
If I select 'detached house' the house is no longer displayed

I used that site a few times and thought it is quite a cool one! More choices to filter by than what rightmove offers.
