Wallpaper cutting "tool"

Some time back I happened to find myself watching a DIY programme on one of the shopping channels (think QVC) and on there they had a "tool" to make cutting and hanging wallpaper easier

It was like a cutting tool that just glided through the paper like a knife through butter

Does anyone know what this device is called and where (pref on high street / DIY chains) you can get one from ?

Looked at QVC and not there
