Hi,

Little question for all possible job hunters/previous job hunters.

On site such as Monster where you can upload your own CV, for all potential employers, you essentially have your own profile.

Would you be willing to upload a short little video of yourself, telling those potential employees abit about yourselves?

Of course the standard CV personal info bit would cover the same content, but with video it's all a tad more personal.

Would you be comfortably doing that?

Do you watch "How I Met Your Mother" by any chance, do a youtube search for - How I met your mother video resume its a 2.30 mins long but is quite funny

No because it's agencies that look at your CV and they just match keywords from a database. I also know certain companies discard CVs with photos attached too.
