10 year fixed rate mortgage

Does anyone know who's offering the best rates on 10 years fixed rate mortgages at the moment?

Our fixed rate ends this month and although we're not in a rush to get a new fixed rate (the variable saves us money for now), we're looking at our options for the next couple of months.
I'm not a gambler so I'd rather know exactly how much I'm going to pay every month, even though it means a premium. I don't think the rates are going to go down much more (on fixed rates) but they could well go up so...

Last week the 10 year fixed rate was 4.99%, I was hoping the rate was going to drop.
