Tactical Nukes approved for conventional warfare.

YouTube - Michael Chossudovsky: "The war on terror is fabricated" P-1

Part 2 should be there. Extremely worrying if true.

Re: Tactical Nukes approved for conventional warfare.

This may come as a surprise to most people however the option to use Tactical or Theatre weapons has been around for a very long time (Davy Crockett Page) It was likely that any attack by Soviet forces on Nato would have gone Nuclear within 3 days. All US Tomahawk
cruise missiles are Nuclear capable and were viewed by Soviet start Negotiators as a strategic weapon indeed as a first strike counterforce weapon because their CEP was less than 25 yds and capable of attacking Soviet missile silos.

Use of Battle field weapons is not new and has always been part of Nato thinking

Re: Tactical Nukes approved for conventional warfare.

always been the case, was always a first response to a USSR invasion of Europe, what are the EUs 100 battle ready helicopters supposed to do against the 3000 odd hinds the USSR had?

you dont think for a second that any country that allowed a chemical / bio or nuclear attack to occur from its land wouldn't get an instant sun tan?

its always been and interesting concept in warfare do you go state of the art and have a few very expensive weapon platforms or do you go the cheap route and have so many that weight of numbers wins the day.

state of the art certainly won over in iraq but that was more probably down to air supremacy, the hind may not excel in any area but its certainly alot more versatile and a lot cheaper
