International Gift Order/Delivery

One of my colleagues in Germany has a 30th birthday on Monday, I want to order a gift to be delivered directly to her (like interflora, but don't want to send flowers).

Can anyone recommend a good company to use? & Gift ideas? (female) other than the obvious chocolates, smellies, booze etc...
